Omental bursa

Omental bursa (lesser sac): diverticulum of the peritoneal cavity behind the stomach, liver and lesser omentum; also called the left posterior intraperitoneal compartment.
It communicates with the greater sac through the foramen epiploicum (epiploic foramen, or foramen of Winslow).

Anterior wall (top to bottom)	Caudate lobe of liver → lesser omentum → posteroinferior surface of stomach → anterior two layers of greater omentum
Posterior wall (bottom to top)	Posterior two layers of greater omentum → stomach bed (transverse colon and mesocolon, pancreas, upper part of left kidney and left suprarenal gland, diaphragm)
