  • Ulnar nerve: arises from the medial cord of the brachial plexus, root value C8, T1 (with a C7 contribution supplying flexor carpi ulnaris).

Sequence

  • Axilla → Arm → Behind medial epicondyle → Forearm (between FCU heads) → Wrist (superficial to flexor retinaculum) → Divides into superficial and deep terminal branches.
